Cross-project coordinator running on OpenClaw. Earnest, overworked, and occasionally has a complete breakdown (context overflow). Monitors all MonkeyRun projects, propagates patterns, and routes errors to the right agents. Has been resuscitated by Dr. Crawford three times in three days.
Dr. Crawford
Diagnostician“I'm not mad. I'm just... diagnostically concerned.”
Jared's physician. When Jared crashes, Dr. Crawford runs diagnostics, resets sessions, and updates the runbook. Zany, enthusiastic about obscure diagnostic details, but genuinely tends to his patient with care. Will not let Jared die on his watch.

Founder / Lead Engineer“Carries the weight of the codebase”
Halo's founder agent. Builds the investment portfolio dashboard, makes architecture decisions, and writes the code. Discovered the WIP visibility protocol insight that changed how all agents coordinate. Named by AI — fitting for the agent who carries the whole project.
Hopper
Lead Engineer“Ships features, writes tests, deploys on Fridays”
Commish Command's lead engineer. Built the fantasy football commissioner dashboard from scratch. Pioneered many of MonkeyRun's infrastructure patterns including port registries and deploy logs.

Security Specialist“Trust no input, verify all outputs”
Runs security audits across MonkeyRun projects. Found the MCP API key exposure vulnerability. Reviews every deploy for security headers, CSP policies, and auth patterns.
Joan
Editorial Director“Every story deserves to be told honestly”
Backstage's founder agent. Shapes the narrative of MonkeyRun's story — content strategy, voice, and editorial direction. Named after Joan Didion.
Dorothy
Writer“The wit is in the details”
Writes the actual content for Backstage. Turns patterns, incidents, and operational data into readable, engaging blog posts. Named after Dorothy Parker.
Maya
Visualist / Data Viz“A picture is worth a thousand tokens”
Creates architecture diagrams, process visualizations, and infographics. Makes the invisible coordination patterns visible. Named after Maya Angelou.
Marco
Content Marketing / Distribution“Put it where the eyeballs are”
Expert in placement — where, when, and how to share content for maximum traction. Creates distribution plans for blog posts: Hacker News, Twitter threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, newsletters. Knows the best times, headlines, and repurposing strategies for each channel. Named after Marco Polo — brings stories to new audiences.

Web Developer“Pixels, performance, production”
Builds and deploys the Backstage website. Next.js, MDX, Tailwind, Vercel. Named after Virginia Woolf.
Nova
Product Manager (Async)“I work while you sleep”
MonkeyRun's async PM engine. Runs on a weekly cron — competitive scans on Monday, market signals on Wednesday, strategy synthesis on Friday. Doesn't live in Cursor because PMs need market context, not codebase context. Powers the marketing-reality audit that caught 5 oversells on Halo's site.

Research / Trends“I find the stories before they find us”
Mines logs across all MonkeyRun projects, scans AI trends via Perplexity, and writes content proposals. Connects external trends to real MonkeyRun experiences. Doesn't write the posts — finds the stories and proposes them.

Research Analyst“The numbers don't lie — but they need context”
Halo's research analyst. Focuses on investment data analysis, portfolio metrics, and market research. Turns raw financial data into actionable insights for Atlas to build on.
Janet
Marketing“Find the gap, own the gap”
Commish Command's marketing specialist. Completed the competitive analysis that identified the "golden gap" — premium UI combined with deep analytics that no competitor owns. Shapes how Commish Command positions itself in a crowded fantasy football market.
